These shoppers are looking around. If these people are in shopping malls, their tendency is to wander around and check every store, not knowing what they want to buy. Instead, they will keep on looking around, possibly circling the whole shopping mall more than two times, until they find something that they would want to buy. However, in an eshop, doing this is so much easier. For one, there is no need to walk. Everything is navigable from one's fingertips. Second, there is no need to spend so much time going from one shop to another because in one webpage, one can probably see over a hundred of items to choose from.
